The start of the productive families’ mall project in 2020 (as part of the series of economic empowerment and livelihood projects)

 

Project Idea :- The main idea of ​​the project is to create a safe and permanent space to promote, market, sell and monitor the quality of all family products and in all fields:
1- Clothes of all kinds.
2- Quilts of all kinds.
3- Bags of all kinds.
4- Perfumes and incense.
5- Cosmetics.
6- Accessories.
7- Detergents of all kinds.

9- Handicrafts

Excellence in the project:
1- Organizing the sale of household products with the latest selling cashier system to ensure the right of families.
2- Follow up the quality of products through a specialized and experienced team; The fact that quality is the basis for selling their products.
3- The women who benefit from it are the women who come into the homes and their family circumstances do not allow them to go even to safe spaces, and they are the most needy women, including prisoners, battered women and those with chronic diseases.
4- Among the beneficiaries are those who live in disadvantaged areas such as Saada, Hodeidah and the border areas in Hajjah.
5- Through the increasing demand for the mall, this means that an integrated database has been organized for the depleted safe spaces for complete (UNFBA) projects, in addition to some safe spaces for others. This is to follow up the quality of their products firsthand and help them with the quality of the offer and the price policy.
6- The project was not affected by the quarantine or any emergency circumstance, as it is one of the homes. 7- To benefit from marketing and displaying products permanently and in all products.
8- More than five hundred primary beneficiaries have registered to this day in the project, and each beneficiary is associated with more than five beneficiaries, as they raise the work by networking with neighborhood women according to the field of production, and the number is still increasing.
9- We take care of facilitating the obstacles caused by some decision makers in the directorates, whether with regard to commercial or industrial permits, taxes, works, or the cleaning fund
10- Among the beneficiaries were those who were in the most dangerous areas, such as Al-Hodeidah Governorate.
11- It created in the beneficiary groups a spirit of competition, which led to better and better product quality. We can link with the beneficiaries of the families’ products and sell them wholesale, so that the benefit to the families is very large.
